OUR PHILOSOPHY

We utilize the Botho Leadership Framework, developed by Dr. Batlang Comma Serema in 2024. This framework is rooted in African philosophy and emphasizes individuals' humanity and responsibility towards others.

The framework includes several key components: self-leadership, love, respect for life, performance management, teamwork, and ethical leadership. Leaders must acknowledge that many routine actions require a Botho perspective and that their daily choices and behaviors significantly impact themselves, their colleagues, the organization, and the communities they serve, as well as overall performance.
